  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Poland and other EU countries. If you are located outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please contact us at customercare@snuglytots.com for assistance.
  • Processing Times: Orders are usually processed within the same day of receiving your order. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping:

  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: Estimated 3-5 business days
    • Cost: Variable rate based on order

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Delays: While we strive to deliver within the estimated times, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, holidays). We are not responsible for such delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Missing Items: If items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at customercare@snuglytots.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please retain all packaging materials and email us immediately at customercare@snuglytots.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will assist with processing a claim and sending a replacement if necessary.
