Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Snuglytots®, operated by ZAMEK TRADE SP Z O O (“we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Right to Cancel: Under EU law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
  • How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email at customercare@snuglytots.com. You can use the model cancellation form provided below, but it is not obligatory. Please include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made products, intimate or sanitary goods.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 14 days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the cost of the goods and original shipping costs, minus any return shipping costs borne by you. However, if you only return part of your order, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used during the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

3. Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at customercare@snuglytots.com and send your item to the address mentioned above. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

5. Exceptions

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers
  • Custom-made products or personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
